Booking policy update

Please note, bookings are non-refundable. You will not be able to request a refund for poor weather, a change of mind, late arrival or anything similar. However, you can reschedule your booking time and date should you need to up to 48 hours before the dining time slot you booked.

Any changes to your booking will need to be made through your online account. To create or access your online account, click the tab in the top right hand side of this page. Please note, you must use the same email address you used to book your dining dome online, for your booking(s) to show on your account.

What time do I need to arrive for my booking?

Please arrive on time for your booking and ensure to take into account the amount of time required to walk from the car park to the Lakeside.

I am travelling to the park by car – Which car park should I park in?

The car park in the closest proximity to the Lakeside Café is the 'Lake Car Park'. The post code for Sat Nav users is M25 ODL.

Can our dog dine with us?

Unfortunately our dining domes are not dog friendly.

Are the domes heated?

Yes, our domes are fitted with a heater and retain heat very well, for a comfortable dining experience in all weathers.

Can we see the menu?

Do you supply high chairs?

Yes, please inform us in advance if you need a highchair.

 

How do I make a change to my booking?

Please log onto your account by visiting www.heatonparkcafes.com  select reschedule and then select the alternative date and time desired.

 

Can I turn up to the café and book a dining pod on the day without booking online?

It is possible to book on the day, however to ensure an efficient service, all dining domes must be booked online through www.heatonparkcafes.com

 

How many people can dine in a dome? 

Our Dining Domes can accommodate 6 people per dome. This includes adults and Children.

If I need to cancel my booking, am I entitled to a refund?

This is a non-refundable service, however we will welcome you to re-schedule your booking in the event you are unable to attend your original booking.
